 Every workshop has its secrets — here’s how we guard yours with the help of our fairies, dragons, and a touch of practical magic.

We respect your privacy — and so do our fairies, dragons, and other magical assistants. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe in our enchanted workshop.

When you place an order, send us a message, or sign up for updates, we may collect:

• Your name, email, and mailing address (so our sprites know where to go.  Don't worry, they are friendly).
   
• Payment details (handled securely by trusted payment processors — we never see your full card number).
   
• Browsing information, such as your IP address and the pages you visit, gathered by cookies or similar tools so we can improve our website.
   

We use your information only to:

• Prepare, package, and send your order (the fairies get grumpy when we don't give them a shipping label).
   
• Reply to your questions and keep in touch about your purchase.
   
• Send occasional workshop news or special offers but only if you’ve asked to hear from us.
   
• Improve our website, with a little help from behind-the-scenes magic.
   

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information — not to humans, not to mimics, and definitely not to goblins.
We may share it only with trusted helpers such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and website hosting services, and only so they can perform their part of the magic.

Our site may use cookies (the digital kind, not the dragon-baked kind) to see how visitors use our site and help us make it better. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings if you wish.
